my assistant wrongly uploded purchase return debit note in gstr 1 how to amend this entry in gstr 3 b

In your case, if a purchase debit note was mistakenly posted in GSTR-1, resulting in an increase in sales, I suggest amending the incorrect debit note entry in the subsequent GSTR-1 filing.
I do not think that can be done.

It's can't be done in the same month.
So, pay the liability as per uploaded details. Adjust or credit the same in next month return.
