Purchase of High Speed Diesel from other state
Is C Form still applicable for Purchase of HSD from other state. If so, how will the purchaser get C Form, Since they don't have Local TIN .

rajkumar ji HSD is out of ambit of gst. so all state vat laws for them will apply parallerly with gst to them
