if i have purchased material from interstate if the bill is dated on 30 sep and i recieved it on 19 oct in which mounth i have avail the ITC on that while filling gstr 3b....

in the month of September but if you do not take then take ITC on October month .

No.... Sorry for the differed.
You can't take ITC on September month. When you received the goods at the date of / time of / month of you can avail the benefit of ITC...

So,
You can take ITC on October month and You ll be show the purchase details in October month...

based on the Bill you can take in September. if you didn't entered in September then you can take Oct also

thanks for your Answers but my question is that the bill by supplier will be uploded in the sep month how can we match it while filling gst 2 of oct

Just ll apply pending option in GSTR 2 for the month of October...

Note:
GSTR 2 is not available now (From July 2017 to March 2018)

Sale is not booked as per invoice date... It is booked when all significant risk & reward transfer to buyer i. e when it reached to buyer... And don't accept in the month of September... Accept in the month of October in GSTR2... there is an option when u accept it in GSTR2A regarding amendments... Then amend the date of October... Hope ur query will resolved now

But if goods are received in the month of October and the bill date is of sept month, still can we mention the date of sept while filling GSTR-3B or any return.?

There is no rule that sept 30 th Bill must be shown in October. That's your choice if you want to show in September you can or in Oct you can show

ok..thanks..that means if telephone bills of previous months from july to Nov,can we still show it in Nov Month return?
