I have a query about PT payment.My periodicity is yearly, then while making payment for April month should i have to select entire year which is default?

You should pay for a particular month or quarter
The thing is i can pay it particular month or year but by selecting which period? As my periodicity is yearly and there is only one option showing in period selection that is entire year.
If the payment is being made yearly in your case, then you need to select the year for which the payment is being made.
In this case, if you are making payment during April, check for what period the payment is being made (say for FY20-21 or FY21-22) and pay accordingly.
