provisions regarding declaration of dividend in private co.

Hi check out the provision of section 205 and rules for declaration of dividend which mention that before declaring dividend certain percentage should be transferred to reserve.

Minimum four Board Meeting and one in each quarter required to be held.

Dear Friend

For declaration and payment of Dividend you must comply the provision of section 205 along with your company’s articles.

For Board meeting read section 285 of the Companies Act, 1956.
