Provisions applicable for jcb dealers

Get shop & establishment registeration of his properietorship firm, at his residential address. He can open current acc based on that, and even register with VAT/ST, if required.

Thank you for your attention sir. We are also considering the same but are there any further compliances after getting the registration. Also, one of the shop and commercial establishment deptt. coordinator has told us that taking registration at residential premises is not posiible.

Now a days most of freelancers are operating from non-commercial spaces, & the number is increasing. There are some procedure to be adoptetd like ownership/rent agreement/ NOC in the name of proprietor etc. Some of the professionals are having residence as additional office!
