Proof of constitution of business for proprietorship concern

I read that for sole traders, it needs registration certification of the business entity. I think you can upload RC of VAT/Service tax dept.

If person is new , that means if he has no VAT and Service Tax Number or excise number then what is the proof of consitution of bussiness ?  Is udyog AADHAR number is valid proof of constitution of bussiness ?
