Can a company, which has branches in both telangana and Andhra Pradesh, pay entire amount of profession tax to the government of telangana or has to pay to each state separately ??? Kindly provide the relevant notification as well... Some people are of the opinion that since Hyderabad is common capital for ten years.. We can pay the whole amount to the govt of telangana..

even I am of the opinion that we should register for both states but kindly provide me relevant notification for the same...As mentioned in my query some people are of the opinion that since Hyderabad is the common capital for 10 years..we can pay the whole amount to the government of telangana
if it is common capital for ten years, y should we registered vat both states same logic it apply
