We are manufacturers of Mobile phones accessories and we have printed our product rate list to be given to all our dealers and distributors so one can sell below the specific price

in which head of expense it is to be shown

It's shown under Ladger named "Printing and stationary expenses"
under head Sales and distribution Expenses
Major head Indirect expenses.

We have shown it in printing and stationery under administration exp, will it be ok

Generally, Printing and stationary used for own or office purpose has to be shown under administration Expenses.
If It's relating to your sales/distribution of products and promotions, than it's goes under head "Sales and distribution Expenses"
