Can anybody let me know the procedure for closing down a Trust?

You can merge the trust with other trust which is working well and/or apply to the Charity Commissioner to close the trust stating the following reasons :
1. No trust funds
2. Retirement/Death of Trustees
How can we merged one trust in to another???
