Problem in return submission

I was gone to IT Office for submitting ITR-4 for the assessment year 2012-13. But officer refused to take return and say that a new column has added relating to NRI, which is not in your return paper. but now I check twice ITR 4 form. but there is no such column relating to NRI  except Schedule FA (Details of Foreign assets). So please help me which Column is added relating to NRI.
