Are private tuitions exempted???

No such exemption as of now. However, private tutors can avail threshold exemption of Rs. 20 lacs in terms of Section 22 of CGST Act.

Yes i agree with CA shurbhi. Private Tution are exempted up to limit of 20 Lacs . The tax is 18%
