ist possible to create private limited company like " B PARTNER TECHONOLOGY PTIVATE LIMITED " OR " BUSINESS PARTNER TECHONOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED .
i have applied in MCA but they rejectd the name : Due to use of word "PARTNER", proposed company is indicative of a separate type of business constitution. Hence, not considerable as per rule 8(2)(b)(vi) of companies(inc.) rules, 2014.
Pls advise.
