Can you please tell where can i find the details relating to a private company such as List of Directors, Their Share Holdings etc??
Any payment is required to be made??

Private Company details from MCA site

You may visit www.mca.gov.in/MCA21. From this page you may select Role Check option and after that view signatory details.
For verifying the shareholding pattern, you have to download latest annual returns and Form 2 if any filed thereafter. For downloading files you need to have user id.
