Sir,
I am a salary person, I am getting 40,000/- in standard deduction while filling ITR. Still Can I claim additional exemption amount of Rs 5000/- under 80D (c) Preventive Health Check Up for my family. please advise

Yes why not
U can only not claim that 15000 reimbursement for medical facility and transport allowance 1600 pm rest all u can claim

Yes obviously if u hav actually spent and payment for preventive health checkup can be by cash of cheque so can show anyways

what is the limit in 80D (c) Preventive Health check up, where it is 5,000/- or 15,000/-. I have been pay by cash for my mom last 8/9 months back and bill have also misplaced, what shall I do, please advise
