I've been trying to file MGT-7 and AOC-4 for quite some time now. However even the new forms suffer from the same issue. The PRESCRUTINY button on these forms apparently don't function. And if I try to file it after that the site says the PRESCRUTINY ERROR HAS OCCURRED.
The MCA website also offers no respite. Kindly help if you know a way out that worked or even simply share your issue if any.

Download fresh ADOBE ACROBAT READER (11 preferred over DC) and then download the form again and fill up again.
Ideally problem will not recur
