Whether redeemable cumulative prefernce share is convertible? If convertible or non-convertible is not mentioned in the name of redeemable cumulative prefence shares can we asssume that it is convertible prefence share?

yes they can be converted into equity shares and if it is not mentioned weather the shares are convertable or not... they will be assumed to me non convertable as to be convertable...it shd be mentioned that they are convertable..
