Status displayed is PROVISIONAL. Will there be any technical issues going forward. Pls suggest

No technical issues will be there, in coming time Provisional id will be permanent
GST Regn Status is still showing provisional but PRC is received. Also the other registration numbers viz Service tax and CIN are not featuring on PRC.
What is to be done to change the status to migrated? and get the other registration nod. printed on the PRC. Pls guide
