Can any one give their inputs on which one is better in the present scenario i.e Practice or employment

if u have good communication skills and attracting skills then practice is better
or go for employment
it depends on ur capability that if u practice u can earn more than employment
SEE IT IS ONLY THROUGH PRACTICE THAT CA DEGREE CAN BE UTILISED IN BEST WAY, THERE CAN BE DIFFICULTY AT INTIAL STAGE BUT AFTER THAT NO LIMITS
