I always aimed to Practice,
but finding it difficult to either pool a team or bringing consensus in my friends mind, since completion of my articles March 2010. All tend to get into industry .
can you suggest how to go about.

I would advise you to first focus on completion of your CA. It's good that your vision is clear. But don't force others to join this...let them finish their CA...then sit and have a cool chat with them.
I would also advise you to join some good CA firm initially to brush up your skills and gaining some real time experience.
