Hi, Power of attorney valid for below situtaion?

 

Is it possible to continue as an agent after Principal become met accident & lost Voice ( bedridden) etc.

Note:

This power of attorney exceuted between Brother & maried sister

The power of attorney is valid as the the Principal is alive and has not become insane. Death or insanity of the principal or the agent, among other factors, make the power of attorney void. Principal becoming bedridden and losing voice does not make the power of attorney void.
