Hi,
My underconstruction property got completed in the month of March 2017. Completion cirtificate & occupancy cirtificate from municipal corporation is received on 30 .03.2017. But Builder due to some reason gave possession letter in the month of July 1, 2017.
Now my question is, to claim the house property interest u/s 24 will it be fine if I consider occupancy cirtificate as a base as property was completed & was ready for possession. Since builder delayed possession due to some personal reason still I will have to wait to claim interest on property ?
