but many of my frns say tat v get admit card even if v dont write papers???

THE ANSWER GIVEN BY ME IS AS PER RULES OF ICSI NOTWITHSTANDING ANY RUMOURS OR EXCEPTIONAL CASES IN THE COUNTRY...................

well practically it happens at times that admit card is issued by the institute but dont push your luck 

now iit is required to write onlu one test paper per subject  which is not as paintstacking as it used to be morever if you want to copy cc paper from others you are free to do that.

so better to send your papers......
