Can a POA with respect to sale of immovable property stiuated in Gujarat be executed in Maharashtra. Also whether the same needs to be registered or notarized.

Normally the poa can be executed in the place where the principal is residing and can be authenticated before the concerned registrar,thereafter it should be taken to the concerned registrar in whose jurisdiction the property comes for registration by the agent.
