Can anyone tell me whether investment in advertisement abroad is under automatic route or any prior approval of RBI si required??
If it is covered under auomatic route, then plz quote the relevant clause also.

Actually the one of the subscriber who is an NRI, has invested in this Company, and the busines of the Company is advertising its ads on foreign net.
