It would be better for you to pay tax online using Challan No. 280.

for offine u have to take print out challan 280 and fill the form and submit the form in any national bank with tax amount

You do not need to take signature of ca for payment of tax either by online or offline mode.

Signature of CA not needed at all in your case because you are salaried employee.

which type of payment are you making?
whether Advance tax or self assessment tax?
If paying advance tax,then, choose advance tax.
otherwise choose self assessment tax.
