I am a state govt. employee. plz tell what is procedure to pay tax.

It would be better for you to pay tax online using Challan No. 280.

for offine u have to take print out challan 280 and fill the form and submit the form in any national bank with tax amount

You do not need to take signature of ca for payment of tax either by online or offline mode.
