Its compulsory to attach our articleship training certificate with the examination form or its optional, if we didnt receive our training certificate then in that case shall we submit only examination form. please help me out and solve mu query.

When we not receive anything from institute than how can we submit so dont worry just sent the form only . They have all information about us.
