I cleard ipcc and my final attempt will due on nov 2013, whether i need to register for final this year itself ?

no u dont need to so hurrily, bt for study material u can register, i will suggest u to enroll as soon as pssble....
if u cleared your ipcc in nov 11 then ur final attempt shall be in nov 14 and not nov 13
U can start ur preparation but its better to register later and get updated study material before ur exams......
