Pls pls pls help
hello....... I got a letter from icai tat my signature in form 108 is not matched with icai records signature..... asked me to reply in this regard if any variations in signature asked me to put old nd new signature should attested by my principal....
my query is what signature is as per icai record form 103 signature? ?????

Check if there is really mismatch if yes then follow procedure by ICAI plus make an affiavit
Signature when you sent articles registration form is different from the article termination form then they will send a letter like that. Same had happened to me. All you need to send is a letter to icai stating your signature has changed and the new one can be upated in their record. you need to send the letter with attestation of the principal.
