Pls help urgent

i think they have not yet updated in the new site, we are also facing some problem in the site as it is showing error 

has someone recently , i.e. from 20th nov onwards filed any Income Tax Return with Digital Signature ? , if yes then what software is required

For DSC Registration first check whether principal contact details are entered properly and company contact details are proper if not first finish that one after you can able to register

for uploading need to use XP SP3 or Windows 7 with Java ver 6 or more

Just login with your user id and password and also enter DOB...

Then go to Profile Settings>>Register Digital Signature...

We had not filed after 20th nov......

I was facing same problem when I was filing rectification. I was getting "Trust chain error".  After few days I uploaded it successfully.

I think, there was some problem in website itself..

No additional software is required you must enable java plugins before you register digital signature with it site..(as you were before revamp)

well apart form this,i noticed some issues with uploading after revamping ...

if you are facing problem with attaching digital signature ( after registering )...u can contact for assistance number given in the site....or can try after 2 or 3 day for successful upload....
