PLS HELP ME

Dear Friends,,

Earlier I have registered for CWA Inter exam befor i start my articleship.. Later on when i enrolled my name for CA PCC i got the permission from the institute through Form 112.

But due to my personal reason i failed in attempting the exams of CWA.  Now i cleared my PCC. Presently i want to do some specialisation course relating to our profession.. so i wish to cancel the permission  which i got earlier from our institure..

Kindly let me know how to proceed with that..
