I am a final student living at Mumbai with my relatives and doing articleship here. Due to some family problem now its very difficult for me to stay hare any more, so i have to go to my home at rajasthan.
My principle is also knowing my problem and having no problem to give me transfer. so pls tell me the procedure of transfer and documentation required.
and pls also tell can i take secondment.?

Yes Secondment is possible,,,, and as per new rules issued by mutual understanding with principal transfer is also possible.. please check amended rules at ICAI website...
I think form no 109 for transfer of articles.

you have to deposit form 109 for transfer and also attach the application for the reason of transfer.
these should be signed by the principle and after that file the form 103,102 with new principle.
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILL UP FORM 109 AND SEND AND YOUR PRINCIPAL WILL WRITE A LETTER ON BEHALF OF YOUR TRANSFER AND WILL STATE THE REASONS.
BY ALL THESE YOU WILL EASILY GET TRANSFER.
In the last year of your articleship, transfer is not possible as per rules of ICAI.
It would be great if i could get link for ICAI website according to which transfer can be taken as per mutual understanding
