1.I want to knw.. wether d final year of training can b done as industrial training.. ??? Is PCC clearence required for doing it?? 2.Will GMCS residential training programme be compulsary in 2-3 months?? Is this correct ??

I am not much aware about your earlier queries but regarding GMCS I could say that you must obtain GMCS certificate for getting membership from ICAI. so even if you clear CA and don't have GMCS certificate you can't apply for membership.

yes for the purpose of Industrial training, PCC clearance is compulsary.

1. The CA regulations require a student to have passed PCC/ PE2/ Inter for industrial training, it ranges from a minimum period of 9 months to a maximum of 12 months, during the last year of articleship.

Refer, regulation 51 for details.

2. Presently it doesn't seem to me that ICAI has adequate infrastructure to accomodate students for it's residential programme, by their annoucements it seems demand exceeds supply for enrolment. Also, I don't think it would be justified to make it compulsory, considering its hefty fees. The information you got is just a speculation and I have not come across any such information or announcement from ICAI.
