Dear friends,

I was very depressed to see my resul this morning. Failed again this time, felt very bad for few hours. sadBut soon realised its a waste of time.. So i gotup and started to think what mistakes i have made all this while and how to improve.

First of all, we have only 16 weeks to study for Nov' 13! This lead to the next question if there is enough time for both groups or shld i do groupwise? Since i have written 2 attempts was thinking shld do both the grps if possible.

Next was pondering abt my strategy to study. hmmm.. Shall i take a 2 subject a time or do grp wise?

I request seniors to please help me and suggest a Strategy for Nov exam.

thanks in advance.

Hello,

Dear dont depressed, First stop counting days.

make ur all weakness as strangth.

now u know how was the paper pattern so do your study paper pattern wise.

i know somehow they change the pattern but 75% is same

so staudy that way.

instead of study all the things study only those things first those who lefted in previous attemp.

& then start whole study.

so go for it

dont think too much & dont listen anything

make ur study time table.

so its suits u.

so go for it

& frankly take 2 to 3 days rest get out of all these. & then in fresh mind start ur smart work...

thanks

Hi deeps,

Frankly speaking u r asking some senseless question after giving 2 attempts.

Bt anyways answer to them according to me.

1. Is there enough time for both group or should go for either group>?

Ans-As in u have already given attempts twice u must be knowing everything but i think depth is missing. So u should concentrate on what all topics u have left & need to revise the things as much time as possible.

So time is well enough for you.But i would suggest prepare group 1 at your best first. So that in future if anything happens then atleast u will be clearing ur group 1 Tw.

2.Two subjects at a time or group studies.?

Honestly speaking i dont believe in group studies much.I m reading alone in my room.

But it depends on how u want.

As far as subjects are concerned, i will say take 3 subjects at a time.1 Practical 2. Theory 3.ISCA.

I would say that block your 2 hours from ur day time for ISCA. and then allocate the rest of the hours according to ur plan.

Thank you so much  Mr. Somdeb bhattacharya.

Ya thanks Bhavik & Himanshu.

I am aware that after my prev attempts shldn't ask these questions, but when we keep failing we tend feel that is something wrong in the study method or something.. Anyways thanks friends, shall keep in mind the advice while preparing..

Financial Reporting – Best option is to join class for financial reporting (or arrange class notes of any good teacher near your location - (In my view go for Praveen Sharma Class Notes). (Reference book: P C Tulsian – It should be your second choice if you are unable to arrange any class notes)

AS - Sanjeev Singhal (BEST) / D S Rawat

SFM - J B Gupta book with DVD Lactures (BEST) (Taxmann Publication).

Audit - Padhuka for important and practical topics (For other portion Surbhi Bansal).
SA – D S Rawat

AMA / Costing - Padhuka  (BEST) plus Study Material, Compiler and Practice Manual (It is better to prepare your own notes for theory portion).

ISCA - Manish M Valechha ISCA TextBook (BEST) (Memory Based Edition).... Best book to fetch high marks in ISCA. Very well written with awesome presentation … comprehensive yet easy to understand... It explains all topics with examples, diagrams, memory codes (refer Study Material if you have sufficient time but not actually required). And at last, go through Practice manual for important questions.

Direct Taxes - T.N. Manoharan Plus Summary Module of Vinod Gupta (Prepare notes for lengthy and typical portion, if possible). Also check T G Suresh’s DT book it is very concise book (BEST for revision)  it can be completed easily.
