Hi Freinds....I have completed CA in Nov11 second attempt with 59%. My current age is 25 years....

I want u to suggest me with reasons that should i go for job(as i m not intersted in practice) or do MBA in finance n then go for job...

To go for job now the problem i feel is that i believe that i wont b able to get a good job profile( i m not happy with profile of my friends who have cleared in earlier attempts)......

To go for MBA the problem i feel is (1) Age factor (2) Wait for 2 long years..as my mba will b completed in 2015..

Also suggest any other advisable courses for CA....

U shall have to get some more leaves for the exam preparation..if u cant get the leaves its better to drop the job,as remaining with the current job will just increase your attempts which will effect your future jobs.

So think twice before continuing because my some of the friends have also gone through the same phase.

Dear AK

Congrats for completing one of best Professional course in India.

I always PESTER my articles as wether they have chosen their FIELD of liking which they wish to choose post completion of EXAMS...

first and foremost choose the area which you wish to enter like Banking/Insurance/Finance/Audit/taxation etc etc...

if you feel that you have time/money/energy to add MBA please go ahead and do it...if not..

Follow your heart and choose as per your liking DONT go for PACKAGE size..you are a CA the money is gonna follow you so dont follow MONEY....

I have appeared for CAFinal in Nov 11 in 1st grp...but failed to get through. Now I am thinking to appear in both grps...but my preparations for 2nd grp is not upto the mark...What should I do?

Dear Milton,

As you said you appeared for 1st grp but unfortunately failed ,that means u need to focus properly on that grp only bcz ur preparation was not upto the mark.So just focus on that grp only and make it clear.

Dont put ur shoes in both the grps,and keeppreparing through scanners and solve papers if u think u are done with the syllabus.

Dear Jay Thanx for ur valuable suggestion. But I have an another question.plz help me out. If I appear for the both grps, with preparations in 1st grp and in IDT of 2nd grp for a chance of getting exemption in IDT (as I have studied more than 35% apprx. of IDT during the results helding days). Is it be a little risky or worthy?
