bt as per provision wat u thnk whether it'll consideres as rural land or nt.?
nd the village does nt hav its own nagar palika.
if the nearest nagarpalika boundary ends beyond 10 kms then its rural otherwise urban !!
the local panchayat office can guide you about these.
