I Registered my self in CA Final w.e.f. 14 Aug, 2006.

One of the notification (recently issued) says “Final students who have registered on or before 31st October, 2006 are required to revalidate their registration before applying for November, 2011 Final examination.” - https://220.227.161.86/23150periodannoun2.pdf  

The other notification (issued in 2008) says the registration will continue to be valid as long as the student continues to appear in either or both groups of the Final exam irrespective of the period involved which may be beyond five years. - https://www.icai.org/post.html?post_id=666

Which one is applicable to me when i have not lapsed any of the attempts....?

Please help.
