PLEASE HELP ME ! HOW TO GET A DUPLICATE PASSWORD 4 EFILING ?

You may file income tax return at given below sites:-

1) https://myitreturn.com/ (paid services)

2) taxcloudindia.com

after filing you 'll have the option to change the password.

Make a call to efiling help line and ask them to guide on how to reset password in case where assesse is unable to access registered mail id

they should tell some thing

You go ahead and keep mailing to the Income Tax Department, they will change the password and send you the e-mail for sure.

Keep trying.

I have done this a lot in july 2013.

However i have not come accross this difiiculty post july 2013.

So please try and in case difficulty persist then let us know......

1)try using last yrs efiling ack no and bank no option

or

2) ask for digital signature
