Please help

If such paper wise exemption got in the case of doing of other course such as like CWA then it would be fill at the time of registration to CS executive/ Final at each stage for the each case. In case such exemption is got at the CS executive exams i.e got 60% and above marks in any paper in the previous attempts then required to fill in CS executive form only.
