I have already submitted my exam aplication form for Nov.2012 in which i have opted new delhi examination centre. But because of some unvoidable reason, now i have to go to my home town patna.
can i change my already opted examination centre?
if yes then what is the procedure?
please guide me?

Exam centre once opted cannot be changed.
I am giving cs final and have already appeared for four times, the module which left, are 1/ 2 and 3 in which i felt fm and tax little be tough. can you plz let me know the method or material for study of this two subjects.

You can try the materials of CA for FM and Tax part. Have a look at it and follow if it suits you.
