Kumar, its better u start preparing Law from now only. For first reading, it would take aroung 2 months assuming you study 3 hrs Law a day. Its good that you are preparing from Munish Bhandari. I would suggest you to stick to it. For preparing notes, try noting down important sections, write the section number along with its brief. In addition do Practice manual issued by ICAI also. And also try past exams compilations (not just ipcc; but pcc and pe2 compilations are also helpful).

I would also suggest you to start Audit, since it also requires lot of understanding before attempting exam.

Good luck

1. Classfy the law subject and try to do a balanced coverage in the below aspect

  a) Company law

  b) Business Law

 c) Negotiable instrument Act

 d) Miscellaneous Act ( Payment of bonus, Multiple co operative society, PF Act)

2. Understand the concepts well and make a key notes in your way with respect to what you had learned.

3. Do a frequent revisions in a suitale time gap to hold the concepts firm

4. Try to Quote relevant case laws.

5. If you can bale to quote section number it is an added advantage. But Never quote wrong section number.

6. Good presentation

The coverage of studies depends upon your time availability

Start your preparation without wasting any time. Bhandari book is fine for law preparation.

Try and go for regular study. Discuss topics with your friends for better grip. Also refer scenner for previously asked exam problems. Also use ICAI suggested answers.
