section 40(b) remuneration to partners in a firm Proposed remuneration structure ( both for Professional & non professional to bring uniformity)
This amendment will take effect from 1st April,2010 & accordingly effected from 2010-11
can u plz tel me from which date the above stated amendment is effective?????? Is it from assessment year 10-11,???? that means it is effective from 1st april 09??????? |

I think its from AY 10 11 only..Cos i dint study it for ma nov 09 exams...
For nov 09 exams( i e AY 09 10) it was 75,000 and 1,00,000 only..so guess its the new amendment for 10 11
From AY 2010-11 SO IT IS W.E.F FROM 1.4.2009

the above mentioned amendment is applicable for the AY 2010 - 2011.
