I am registered in Delhi and I purchased the material from Punjab and used it on the same punjab site, Now The party has given me a Igst invoice as per my registered place but goods movements in Punjab , is it right?

Yes it is right as per Bill To Ship To Model,
As per section 10(1) (b) of the IGST act 2017 IGST will be applicable .
please confirm with others also .
sir this is not a bill to ship to case this is a case of material at site
