I was employed in my last organisation for 3 years. I quit the organisation in Dec 2010. when i wanted to withdraw my PF amount my company said that 33% of my total PF amount will be deducted by the PF authority because of not having 5 yrs of srevice. could you tell how to rectify this....

yes its true if you don’t complete 5 years job in any organization they will deduct your TDS but at the time of filing ITR you will get refund of it.
