Hi,

Perquisites in respect of Car - Particularly Only Driver Salary

I would like to know the taxability of Driver Salary reimbursement to employee without any other payments for car's maintenance or fuel.

Please give answer ASAP.

Explain ur answer clearly...whether the car is owned by employer or employee...and whether its fully for official use/ personal / or partialy?????
