we have not received C Form of many parties of last 4 previous years, can anyone guide me what will happen for the same in GST?
Difference of tax with 18% interest is levied on all c-form transactions.
You have to pay above amount in current law i.e C.S.T act.
If you have credit in June Vat than take forward whole credit to GST.. Old liabilities of vat/cst will not be forwarded in GST..
