FIRST 2 MONTH NO PENALTY
IN NORMAL PERIOD
Any taxable person under GST who fails to file form GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3, 3B or Final Return within the due dates, will be fined a late fee of Rs. 100 per day, subject to a maximum of Rs. 5,000.
