Please tell me is there any penalty for late filing of e-form 22B of companies act..If yes then what is the penalty???

Pl refer Sec.187C(5)(b) which reads as under:
"If a company fails to comply with the provisions of this section, the company, and every officer of the company who is in default, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees for every day during which the default contnues."
