Pay the prescribed fee as shown below alongwith the filled in form. The Demand Draft is to be drawn in favour of “The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India,payable at Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Kanpur or Delhi”, as the case may be.
