PCC Students can write exams 6 months prior

i have a question...........if a student has passed his cpt on jun 08

then his pcc attempt is in may 10 and final in may 12 right?

nw due to d modification come at dat time...........dat student had taken conversion from pcc to ipcc

now.........

d ipcc attempt will b in nov 09

and final attempt is in nov 11

so will dis preponement of 6 mnths will b applicable to him????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
